North County Bulldogs Youth Football and Cheer is an activity operated for the benefit of the kids who play it and lead cheers within our community. We are a youth organization that aims to provide a stable, steady sporting and physical activity for children. We want to ensure that the game and activities remain FUN for each player and cheerleader. Hard work can be fun if the coaches understand and actively go about their duties with appreciation of the ages and skill of each player/cheerleader. Additionally, we want to provide key values to each participant such as optimized performance, cooperation and friendship, competition and sportsmanship.

The general objectives of North County Football and Cheer and Monterey Bay Youth Football is to inspire youth, regardless of race, creed, or natural origin, to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship, and physical fitness as reflected in the late Glenn Scobey “pop” Warner.

The purpose of North County Bulldogs Youth Football:
1. Familiarize players with the fundamentals of football
2. Provide the opportunity to play in an organized and supervised environment where the emphasis is on total participation and maximum safety.
3. Keep the game free of adult and parental pressures to win at any cost
4. Identify and bar from further participation any adult volunteer whose ambition or personal glory seeking conflicts with goals #2 and #3 above.

The Purpose of North County Bulldogs Youth Cheer:
1. To inspire youth and promote the ideals of scholarship, sportsmanship, fitness, and leadership regardless of race, creed, sex, or national origin.
2. To support your team and fans through cheerleading activities.
3. To maintain or improve scholastic ability.
4. To develop equality and teamwork.
5. To ensure safety for all participants.
6. To promote cheerleading in an organized supervised environment.
